STOP AND START:

Many guys who suffer from premature ejaculation issues tend to get worked up about sex really quickly. They enter a woman's vagina and pump away like sex is some kind of race. This of course is a recipe for disaster. Purposely slow yourself down by employing the simple stop and start technique. There are a couple of ways you can employ this method - the first is to remove your penis entirely from her vagina when you start to feel a climax, the second is to leave your penis inside the vagina and just quit thrusting.

You'll need to determine which method works best for you. Just wait until you have returned to a relaxed state before you begin thrusting again. A good indicator is your testicles will drop when your pelvic muscles relax.
